Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website at picpremierproperties.com or booking one of our vacation rental properties, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Reservation and Booking

• All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by Pic Premier Properties.
• A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation.
• The person making the reservation must be at least 25 years of age.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when making a reservation.

Pricing and Payment

• All prices are quoted in US dollars and are subject to change without notice.
• A cleaning fee applies to all reservations.
• Applicable taxes will be added to your total.
• A refundable security deposit of $500 is required for all stays.
• Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment processor.

Cancellation Policy

• 60+ days before check-in: Full refund minus $50 processing fee
• 30-59 days before check-in: 50% refund
• Less than 30 days before check-in: No refund

House Rules

By booking with us, you agree to abide by the following rules:

• No smoking inside the property
• No parties or events without prior approval
• Quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
• Maximum occupancy must not be exceeded
• Pets are only allowed in pet-friendly properties with prior approval
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay

Check-In and Check-Out

• Check-in time: 4:00 PM
• Check-out time: 10:00 AM
• Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and may incur additional fees
• Check-in instructions will be provided prior to your arrival

Liability

Pic Premier Properties is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property during your stay. Guests are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their belongings. We recommend travel insurance for all reservations.

Property Access

Pic Premier Properties reserves the right to enter the property for maintenance, repairs, or inspections with reasonable notice, except in cases of emergency.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Pic Premier Properties and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
