House Rules
Check-in after 4:00 PM, checkout before 10:00 AM. Maximum 8 guests. Pets are allowed with an additional pet fee. No smoking. No parties or events.
Cancellation Policy
60+ days before check-in: Full refund minus $50 processing fee
30-59 days before check-in: 50% refund
Less than 30 days: No refund
Security Deposit
A $500 security hold is placed on your card at booking. This is a pre-authorization only - your card is not actually charged. The hold is automatically released within 7-10 days after checkout, assuming no damages.
